We are essentially a self-managing tenant (dealing with all the niggly tenant calls and minor maintenance that come in on a regular basis). We only ever bother you when something a little more substantial needs dealing with, like a boiler breaks down or damp for example.

You as the agent will still get paid from your tenant finders fee or your monthly management fee and we as the ‘tenant’ get to home our database of professional tenants and the property owner gets guaranteed rent for up to five years.

As an agent you also have a new service to offer your Landlords. You can advertise that you offer ‘Guaranteed Rent’ with no additional work to yourselves. In other words, the agent offers the service to the landlord, we take on the risk and additional work required to manage it, and the agent just manages us. The Perfect Partnership!

AGENTS

We cover the cost of day to day repairs during the term of the contract. The service also includes tenancy management, meaning that landlords will have no involvement for the term of the contract.

LANDLORDS

We love working with landlords and landlords love working with us!

We offer you a fixed, guaranteed rent for your residential properties. For a fixed term, usually 2 years or longer. During this time we sublet the property, often to local Authorities or professionals and treat the property ‘as our own’. In order for us to do this, the property must be licensed as HMO (house of multiple occupancy) and comply to all regulations. The rent is paid to you whether the Property is vacant or occupied and you can cease worrying about all the management related hassle for the entire term of the agreement.
