- You will receive the collection code shortly.

2. **Parking**:
- Your allocated parking space is in Bay 16. The bay number is on the floor and can be easy to miss, so keep a close eye while maneuvering in the car park.
- Please use the blue parking permit and place it at the front of your vehicle. Failure to do so can result in a parking fine.
- Note: If the permit is misplaced or lost, there is a £100 fine to replace it.

FRIDGE
Regarding the fridge/freezer, there should be no need to make any adjustments to the settings. However, if you encounter any issues, such as inefficient cooling, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. Also, for your convenience, the switch for the fridge/freezer can be found above the kitchen cabinet, as illustrated in the accompanying picture. Please ensure that the fridge/freezer is closed properly after use. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
WASHING MACHINE
Discover a convenient supply of detergent under the sink cabinet. To use the washing machine:
1. Switch on the machine using the control located above the kitchen cabinet, as depicted in the attached picture.
2. Load your laundry, adding washing tablets and detergent found under the sink.
3. Select your desired setting, recognizable by logos like "fast wash 60/30."
4. Make any necessary adjustments, such as holding down the child lock or pressing time saver for quicker cycles.
5. Simply press start to initiate the wash cycle.
6. Once the washing is complete, use the spin button indicated by the swirl icon.

DISHWASHER
Using the dishwasher is a breeze, and we're here to make it even simpler! Firstly turn on the dishwasher from the switch located above the kitchen cabinet. Find the dishwasher tablets conveniently located in the cabinet underneath the sink. To get started, insert one tablet into the flip box container inside the dishwasher door. Next, select your preferred program – the options are pretty straightforward – and press the start button.
A friendly tip: for the sake of water conservation, kindly refrain from using the dishwasher for washing single items. Instead, consider using it when you have a larger quantity to load. THE HOB, OVEN & MICROWAVE
Hob:
The hob is electric and features user-friendly controls right on the surface. Adjusting the heat for your cooking needs is as simple as it gets.
Oven:
To use the oven, switch it on by the switch above the kitchen cabinet and then by turning the knobs conveniently located on the front panel. While enjoying your culinary adventures, please exercise caution to avoid any accidental burns.
Microwave:
Located above the cabinet on the right, you'll find the microwave. Switch it on and off using the controls situated on the microwave itself. This handy appliance is perfect for quickly heating up your favorite meals. Just be sure to follow safety guidelines to enjoy a seamless cooking experience.
WATER & HEATING
Water:
Discover the controls for hot water in the storage cupboard. Currently, the hot water operates on a timer. If you'd like to use it outside the designated hours, just press the boost button. Refer to the image below for guidance.
Heating:
To use the heating, find the nearest radiator and switch it on. You can control the settings set behind the radiator.
For the safety of our little guests, kindly ensure children are kept away from these appliances and refrain from excessive fiddling.
